Reward points cannot be added retrospectively
Reward points will invalidate after 12 months from date of last transaction if not used

Points cannot be redeemed against gift cards or for purchasing gift cards
Points cannot be refunded if not used by their expiry date
Points cannot be collected on any element of a transaction which is paid for by redeeming points
Points can only be redeemed at the time of purchase, if you forget to use your points and want to redeem your points another purchase must be paid, we cannot refund if points are not used
To join the loyalty scheme you will need to register online or via an app, if you require a card then a charge of £3 is payable and the card is collection only
